Hi, I'm KERIS!

I got into fitness at 18 after gaining weight left me feeling uncomfortable and avoiding the camera. I started with zero confidence, clueless about calories and nervous at the gym, but little by little, I found my groove and started loving how exercise made me feel.

That journey changed my life. So I became a personal trainer to help other women break through those same barriers and feel amazing in their own skin.

Now I coach a supportive community of women (beginners especially!) who want real, lasting results without feeling lost or alone. If that sounds like you, I’d love to help.
