At 18, after gaining weight, I avoided photos, felt uncomfortable in my own skin, and had no idea where to start with fitness or food. I joined a gym feeling nervous, confused, and totally overwhelmed, just hoping something would change.
Like so many women, I tried to figure it out alone. I didn’t understand calories, training, or consistency, I just knew I wanted to feel better about myself. What changed everything wasn’t intensity or perfection. It was learning how to train and eat in a way that actually worked for my body and my life.
That’s when my confidence grew. That’s when results finally stuck. And that’s why I became a coach, so other women wouldn’t have to feel lost, intimidated, or alone the way I once did.
